Each year, pop stars all over the world wait eagerly for their nominations and subsequent invitations to the Annual Smashed Hits Poll Winners Party. This year has been no exception.

With the awards ceremony about to take place, the stars gather in the wings, each one hoping for their big moment on the stage as the winners are announced. As each nervous nominee arrives they are greeted by the evening's presenters, which tonight includes the famous Doug Beldof, the key organiser of the Elastoplast concert for famine relief in Ethiopia.

Tensions are high already, but then disaster strikes ”“ Doug is found dead in the Gents toilets!

With stars vying for awards there is no doubt in anyone's mind that his death is the result of foul play ”“ murder to be exact!

The only question is: which one of these famous pop stars actually committed the crime?

  A member of the famous BABA pop group from Sweden, Nikki loves her psychedelic blouses, headbands and flares.



• Elton Gone
  Well known for his taste (or lack of) in glasses and hats, Elton is well and truly in a class of his own.



• May Donna
  Always in vogue with the latest fashion, May Donna is both stylish and sexy and dresses to show off her figure and fabulous dance routines.



• Mike Jaggedy
  Lead singer of the Tumbling Rocks, there's no mistaking Mike, in his colourful jacket and skin tight jeans.



• Katie Shrub
  Romantically dressed, with enormous earrings and plunging neck lines, Katie never fails to pull in the men, even if her voice is so high she is close to shattering glass!

• Teddie Mercury
  With skin tight trousers, and usually very little else, except perhaps a vest top, or open jacket, Teddie has a real thing for hair gel. (Then again it isn't uncommon to see him tight skirts, heels and a fluffy pink poloneck.)

  Dressed for her secretarial day job, Sheena always manages to catch the early train and work 9 to 5, before transforming into a pop singer at night.

  Wearing enormous sunglasses and dressed entirely in denim, Don gives love a bad name and really lives life on a prayer.

  With long and sometimes incredibly outrageous hairstyles David sometimes struggles to decide between fashion and fancy dress.



• Annie Detox
  A thin, peroxide blond with minimalist style, Annie pays most attention to her lips ”“ which, after all, are what earn her the cash!

Never run a large group mystery before? Then don't panic!

Hosting a Large Group Murder Mystery is time consuming, but with ample preparation and a good cast it is really quite simple and great fun!

In large group games it is impossible to give everyone a part, instead the mystery involves “cast members”� who are fully in the know and act out the mystery, and the guests act as detectives trying to solve the murder.

Large group games come in several different formats, clue based, cast based, multi-room, single room, or a mixture of them all.

This particular game requires 7-13 cast, and one large room. It also has an option of a series of paper clues. Guests will also need paper and pens. This game works best as a sit down event with 6-12 tables of guests who work as a team, but the game can be adapted to suit most formats of events.

The game contains two options. Option 1: All clues are provided by cast members. Option 2: Guests receive questions to ask the suspects (cast members) on paper, and have to find out the answers to these questions from the cast.
