Castle Comealot's jester Mr Minute, has been found dead in the castle hall, but he didn't die laughing - oh no he was murdered! You could say someone else had the last laugh. Obviously whoever commited the crime took audience participation one step further and as it happens the prime suspects have all gathered together for a medieval banquet to solve the crime.

• Cadfail ”“ A monk who has come from the local abbey to solve the crime.
  Efficient in his own peculiar way, Cadfail has an unusual method of solving crimes ”“ he involves everyone!


• Bishop Sfinger
  A Scandinavian clergyman whose accent makes it difficult to understand him some of the time ”“ or is that just the slurring?


• Mystic Margarita
  Since being thrown out of Camelot as a fraud, Mystic Margarita is making some headway in Comealot as a Sand witch (vendor that is!).


• Sir Prancealot
  One of the more camp knights of the realm. He loves riding, using his lance, has his own stable boy and would rank highly in the king's cavalry ”“ if he had a horse that is.


• Pussy- In-boots
  One of the red torch district's more refined ladies. Pussy has many feminine wiles but also claws and has been known to deal with unpayers extremely savagely.


• Pi-eyed Piper
  Unfortunately this Scotsman has been stopped playing since his last ditty brought on the black plague.


• Lady MacIntosh
  The Queen's bodyguard and confidante. Behold is that an umbrella I see before me?

Joan of Carp
Responsible for the upkeep of the castle Comealot's moat, and keeper of goldfish - a bit of a coy one this.

• William Shake-n-vac
  A thwarted writer, his tragedies are tragic, his comedies laughable.


• Maid Intaiwan
  One of the serving wenches at the kings table, batteries not included.


• Queen E
  The Queen doesn't usually associate with the masses, but as Nursey is away at the moment she's making the most of things.


• Lord Slackbladder
  The most up and cunning Lord at Castle Comealot. More cunning perhaps than a fox that has graduated from a school of cunning?


• Balderdash
  Lord Slackbladder's dim witted and dishevelled servant.

Never run a large group mystery before? Then don't panic!

Hosting a Large Group Murder Mystery is time consuming, but with ample preparation and a good cast it is really quite simple and great fun!

In large group games it is impossible to give everyone a part, instead the mystery involves “cast members”� who are fully in the know and act out the mystery, and the guests act as detectives trying to solve the murder.

Large group games come in several different formats, clue based, cast based, multi-room, single room, or a mixture of them all.

This particular game requires 7-13 cast, and one large room. It also has an option of a series of paper clues. Guests will also need paper and pens. This game works best as a sit down event with 6-12 tables of guests who work as a team, but the game can be adapted to suit most formats of events.

The game contains two options. Option 1: All clues are provided by cast members. Option 2: Guests receive questions to ask the suspects (cast members) on paper, and have to find out the answers to these questions from the cast.
