Not all superheroes are born with special powers to allow them to save the world. Superman and Wonderwoman don't know how lucky they are. What would Superman have been with a little less Kryptonite? Moderately Impressive Man? Faster than a speeding tricycle?

No, some superheroes don't make the news because they are blessed with special powers which are almost useless. Worse still, others acquire powers which are a downright nuisance.

Tonight is one of those few occasions when such individuals can truly be themselves. They have gathered together to share their secrets over a meal, conjoined by the special bond of just being different.

But now even that has been brought to an unfortunate end by the untimely death of Bill Cody, a building contractor who has been found dead in the hotel where their gathering is taking place. Perhaps our heroes can show their mettle by solving the riddle of his death ”¦

• Melanie “Flowerpower”� Donovan - The 70's throwback.
  Melanie's successful flower shop has an unusual commercial advantage, quite apart from her tie-dye t-shirt.



• David “Bread”� Yates - The Guitar Man.
  David carries his instrument with him at all times and makes a living by singing in clubs and bars. His power to move bread rolls by mind alone is rarely welcomed in these venues.



• Rome Hillton - The hotel manager.
  Ever keen to present a professional image, Rome is always immaculately presented in her business suit.



• Nathan “Hoverman”� Jones- The Physics Teacher.
  Permanently dressed in an old jacket and corduroys, Nathan's power to levitate 10mm from the floor is of far more academic interest than practical use.



• Steph “Turpswoman”� Little - The diner entrepreneur.
  Steph still dresses in her cook's attire despite her successful chain of diner outlets. Her ability to stop paint from drying is merely incidental to that work.

• May Belline - The cosmetics counter girl.
  May's ability to turn people temporarily orange leads her to believe that the department store is her vocational habitat.



• Dennis “Bluebeard”� Holmes- The children's entertainer.
  Dennis dresses as a pirate, and makes good use of his ability to control his facial hair at will.



• Paul Flanders - The waiter and artist.
  Always looking to sell his work, Paul is an art student working through college with a part time job.



• Daisy Cellar - The other florist.
  Daisy is never seen without her green apron, a block of oasis, ribbons and a bunch of flowers.



• Reg “Pearlyman”� White - The paint salesman.
  Dressed in a smart business suit, who would believe that Reg can secrete toothpaste from his knee?



• Tracey “Translucent”� Travis - The dry cleaner.
  With her coat hangers and advertising flyers Tracey is always looking for business opportunity.

Never run a large group mystery before? Then don't panic!

Hosting a Large Group Murder Mystery is time consuming, but with ample preparation and a good cast it is really quite simple and great fun!

In large group games it is impossible to give everyone a part, instead the mystery involves “cast members”� who are fully in the know and act out the mystery, and the guests act as detectives trying to solve the murder.

Large group games come in several different formats, clue based, cast based, multi-room, single room, or a mixture of them all.

This particular game requires 7-13 cast, and one large room. It also has an option of a series of paper clues. Guests will also need paper and pens. This game works best as a sit down event with 6-12 tables of guests who work as a team, but the game can be adapted to suit most formats of events.

The game contains two options. Option 1: All clues are provided by cast members. Option 2: Guests receive questions to ask the suspects (cast members) on paper, and have to find out the answers to these questions from the cast.
