Welcome to the junior and highly secretive division of MI5, known within Her Majesty's government as MI4¾.

Each year MI4¾'s recruits children between the ages of 7 and 10 to uncover some of the worst criminals known to man: namely those who infiltrate children's parties and steal the presents!

Today it's your turn to join MI4¾ and learn the ropes of crime scene investigation in a highly secretive training operation running at a party near you!

Never run a Themed Mystery Party before? Then don't panic!

Hosting a Themed Mystery Party is time consuming, but with ample preparation and help of a few adults prepared to act the part it is really quite simple and great fun!

As children's parties range is size and style this game does not require the children to play a part. Instead they work as a group to try and solve the mystery presented to them by the hosting adult through a series of games. There is no murder involved - just a mystery, in this case a the party bags have been stolen!

To run this game you need a minimum of 5 adults. One will play the host (male or female ) and the other four are required to over see the workstations - these adults need no prior briefing and can be the parents of the children at the party. Rote learning of scripts is not required.

This game has been designed to run in a large venue with 4 work stations. The game requires a lot of advance planning and will need several key props, most of which are easliy obtainable within the domestic setting, as well as magnifying glasses and fingerprint ink.
